    Project: Construction of Ham & Bacon processing plant in Skurup in Sweden
    Period: 12.2011 – 11.2012
    Client: MX Invest AB Skurup Sweden
    Others: Build and design of 'turn-key' factory of meat processing. In scope of contract (P75.2011), Prime Construction will perform all construction and installation works necessary for factory operations. The fresh delivered meat (bacon & ham) will be processed by smoking, chilling, freezing, slicing, then foiled and packed ready for distribution to Scandinavian market.

    Project: Construction of meat processing and packing production plant in Goleniow
    Period: 05.2011 – 04.2012
    Client: BBP Sp z o.o.
    Others: In scope of contract Prime Construction will build 'turn-key' factory of area about 5.000m2, including underground utilities, infrastructure, cooling, heating, sewage, steam, thermal oil, compressed air and other technological installations. At the factory will be situated 2 storey office building.

    Project: Construction of Handling & Storage Terminal of Fertilizers in Krono-Chem Port in Szczecin, at Nad Odrą street.
    Period: 03.2011 – 09.2011
    Client: Krono-Chem Sp z o.o.
    Others: In scope of contract Prime Construction has done refurbishment works of existing old steel production hall, rebuilding it into new flat storage for fertilisers, there were also constructed new railway load/unload station with basement, gallery for conveyors and shelter roof for trucks. All works have been executed in agreed contract time.

    Project: Construction of production plant of ventilation units with office building, infrastructure and area development in Szczecin at Szczawiowa street
    Period: 12.2010 – 12.2011
    Client: CKW Instalacje Sp z o.o.
    Others: Special slab foundation was applied on the contract because of very bad soil conditions on the plot. In the ready factory there will  be produced antibacterial element for air distribution in HVAC systems, especially dedicated for hospitals, food processing plants, etc.

    Project: Rebuilding and refurbish of filter station building in Sugar Plant in Kluczewo including construction of new huge foundation for liming tank.

    Others: Work has been done in an extremely rapid time due to the periods in the processing of sugar beet in sugar plant.
