Prime Construction will Design & Build expansion of the IKEA Industry manufacturing plant in Resko

Under the contract, the existing production facilities will be expanded to include a new production and warehouse area, along with social and technical facilities, covering a total area of 8,080 m². The project is scheduled for completion within 12 months.

The IKEA Industry plant in Resko is one of the largest facilities specializing in the production of glued laminated solid wood panels, which are used in the manufacturing of solid wood IKEA furniture.

This investment represents another project delivered for IKEA Industry. In 2025, two additional contracts were signed: in June ‘25 for the expansion of the facilities in Stepnica, and in September ’25 for the expansion of the biggest Ikea production facility in Zbąszynek.
