Prime Construction will build the III-rd stage of the Wrzosowe Wzgórze house estate in Szczecin for STBS.

Stage III will include the construction of 11 multi-family residential buildings, which will contain 283 apartments with an area of 15,826 m², 6 commercial units, and 2 assisted living units to be used by the City for social activities.
As a reminder, the entire Wrzosowe Wzgórza house estate is one of the largest residential investments being implemented by STBS and Municipality of Szczecin in the area of Szosa Polska and Józefa Romana streets. The project is divided into four stages, covers an area of 11 hectares, and will include a total of approximately 1,000 residential units.
