MHEER ESTATE POLAND

Two multi-family residential buildings comprising 81 flats in builder's finish, of a total usable surface area of 4,584 m2, were constructed as part of the contract. Internal installations with an independent heating system based on DeDietrich furnaces were comprehensively installed. The entirety of accompanying infrastructure was also developed, including sidewalks, roads, a playground and a parking lot of a total surface area of 10,722 m2. The nearby green areas were also developed.
