The contract comprised the construction of a kiln building of an area of almost 1500 m2, a connector building of an area of more than 700 m2 and an afterburner building of an area of almost 200 m2 together with laying the foundations for a chimney of a volume of more than 500 m3. In addition, reinforcement and thermal insulation of the existing chim- ney was conducted, and foundations for new chimneys, silos, pipeline trestle and a ventilator were constructed. Moreover, a 2000 m2 resour- ce storing hall, a 560 m2 resource dosage hall and an almost 1500 m2 mill hall were constructed. The building housing the old kiln was refurbished, fitted with central heating, chilled water, process water, compressed air and basic lighting installations. The production building was also renovated, by adjusting it to the current technical and fire safety conditions, as well as adjusting the construction to enable the fitting of a new CIG1 technological line. The packaging line and transport buildings were also refurbished.
