The Municipality of Szczecin has selected Prime Construction's offer for design & build a state-of-the-art nursery for the residents of Szczecin.

The investment will be located at Pszczelna Street. The building will be equipped with three separate educational blocks for 96 children. All rooms will be prepared for children with disabilities, including specialised sensory rooms. The building is in line with the city authorities' pro-ecological policy and will be equipped with photovoltaic panels, and the green roofs which will be covered with greenery.
As a reminder, this is another project for the city of Szczecin, for which Prime Construction completed two kindergarten facilities in 2019, at Unisławy Street and at Franciszka Gila Street.
